Dalan Management was founded by Andrew Wrublin and Daniel Wrublin to manage their Manhattan portfolio of residential, commercial and mixed use properties. The company has grown to include assets in Brooklyn and the Bronx. Dalan Management was created with the goal of enhancing an asset's value through superior hands-on management techniques. Our managers are in every building every week.

Dalan Management manages 38 buildings with over 1,100 residential units and 56 commercial spaces An office and field staff of 30 oversee and run the properties on a day-to-day basis.

Our proven excellence with our hands- on management technique enhances our ability to outperform the market. We are big enough to command the best prices and values, yet small enough that our principals can be hands-on and actively involved with every investment on a daily basis.

The area is rapidly improving from a retail and residential standpoint. We are experts at turning over, renovating and renting apartments and stores.
